"A portrait of my children, once a week, every week, in 2012."
I'm enjoying the way that these portraits are, rather unintentionally, working as diptychs.
Che: Late afternoon in Popa's shed. A treasure trove of bits and pieces, found and kept.
Poet: In baggy denim amidst the toys when her big brother is at school. Oh, the possibilities.
I love the photo in the shed, the light is great. And Poet is growing so quickly. Love them both.
ReplyDeletecutest ever. i love both of their slightly wistful looks. hope your tassie trip is awesome! xx

ReplyDeleteI always think to myself, 'you can't comment on every post here', but the photos are just too cute not too!
ReplyDeleteAh yes, when the big brother is away, little ones can play!
ReplyDeleteP.S. Totally had to Google the word 'diptychs' ;-)
DeleteYou have captured them both beautifully!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous moments. The Pop's shed one speaks to me the most, we have just cleared out my late Pop's shed after 7 years and it had looked like "Popa's" too. Such beautiful memories are made in sheds full of love and thrift and creativity. x
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful Jodi .... as always X
ReplyDeletenice work Jodi. that little Poet is just stunning. You can see that she is an old/evolved soul. have a great week. Jane x
